Structured assessments pave the road to a dependable understanding of 'self' and our potential. Insights champion effective self-management. They enhance social awareness and understanding of how organizations work, and foster knowledge of how to work with and through teams on accomplishing goals. As certified and trained professionals, we administer a wide variety of instruments that provide personalized analysis for individuals and teams. Some of these instruments include:

Personal Branding Strategy. Authentic leadership starts with understanding who we are: our values, beliefs, and aspirations. It's the real deal, it's what makes great leaders. And authenticity is largely defined by how other people perceive our personal brand. Effective personal branding is about embodying our beliefs through our actions and by telling a story that others can relate to.

The personal branding strategy process includes a 360-degree feedback analysis, identifying key leadership attributes and blind spots. Clients fine-tune how to express authenticity in a compelling way, be it in writing or in person. It serves as the foundation of a strong executive presence and the ability to "hold the room" and influence others.

Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) assesses conflict behavior styles in the workplace in an individual and 360-degree feedback format. This assessment, developed by the Center for Conflict Dynamics, helps individuals learn what triggers conflict and how they respond to conflict. Developed by Harvard's Change Leadership Team based on 30-years of research into adult learning, we are trained in the Immunity-To-Change method. Through our customized programs, clients uncover the hidden mechanisms that have prevented them in the past from making the changes that can most positively impact their lives. As part of our offering, clients work on overcoming these barriers, leading to lasting leadership learning and personal growth.

The Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) Inventory identifies an individual's default style when it comes to resolving conflict both within and across cultures. The ICS interpretive guide further offers detailed information on each of the four conflict styles (Discussion;Engagement; Accommodation; Dynamic) as well as a strengths/weaknesses and cultural patterns profile.
